Welcome to SN International! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part, please do not continue to use our services.

General Terms

Pricing and Taxes
Product prices do not include VAT, TAX, or AIT. These will be added as per government regulations.

Delivery Time

  • In-stock Products: 1–2 working days

  • Pre-order Products: 20–40 working days*
    *Delivery times may change due to emergencies or unavoidable situations.

Payment Procedure

  • In-stock Products: Full payment can be made via Cash On Delivery (COD).

  • Pre-order Products: A 50% advance is required, with the remaining 50% due upon receipt.

Delivery and Handling
SN International will deliver products to the customer site. Loading and transport costs are covered by us. Unloading and carrying arrangements must be made by the customer.

Guarantee
We provide a 1-year official guarantee for selected products. The guarantee covers replacements within this period, starting from the invoice date. An invoice is required to claim the guarantee. The following exclusions apply:

  • Damage from careless handling post-delivery

  • Installation-related damages

  • Improper installation or application

  • Damage from moisture, water, fire, or natural disasters

  • Use in inappropriate locations

Product Representation
Actual product design may vary slightly from website images due to camera or lighting settings. Please confirm all details before placing an order.

Order Cancellation
Orders should not be placed without 100% confirmation. Cancellations are not accepted after order placement. A 25% cancellation fee applies to advance payments if an order is canceled.

Changes to Terms

SN International reserves the right to modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Please review these terms regularly for updates.
